Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item, color, or size.

  • Parts or accessories are missing.

  • Your package is lost during transit.

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Product Issues

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or develops a problem upon arrival, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by misuse.

  • Requests made outside the applicable claim period.

Returns

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
